Quordex will provide digital marketing services as outlined in the agreed package. This may include: social media content creation, performance marketing, SEO, ad management, analytics reporting, and other deliverables as discussed and confirmed with the client.
All services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. The agreement renews automatically each month unless terminated by either party with written notice.
Invoices must be paid within 5 working days of the invoice date. Work may be paused for delayed payments. No refunds are issued for work already delivered.
All final approved deliverables become the property of the client after full payment. Quordex retains the right to showcase selected work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While Quordex is committed to delivering strong strategy, creativity, and execution, results (such as leads, reach, sales, or engagement) are not guaranteed. Multiple factors affect marketing performance, including platform changes, audience behavior, and client responsiveness.
Each month includes up to 2 rounds of revisions per deliverable (e.g., post, reel, ad) as part of the paid package. These are for reasonable adjustments, not full redesigns. Any additional revisions will be considered extra work and may be charged separately, reflecting the time and creative value invested.
Quordex reserves the right to revise the scope or pricing of services if the workload increases or results improve significantly (e.g., scaling from PKR 30,000 to 50,000). Any changes will be communicated in writing and agreed upon by both parties before implementation.
Both parties agree to keep shared information confidential, including branding strategies, access credentials, customer data, and internal processes. Quordex will not misuse or sell any client data. Similarly, clients shall not reuse Quordex’s internal systems, templates, or attempt to directly hire any Quordex team member without written permission.
Either party can terminate the contract by giving at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. If services are already underway for the month, the full amount for that month remains payable.
This agreement is governed under the laws of Pakistan, with any disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Lahore courts.
Timely delivery of content, approvals, access, or marketing budgets from the client is essential for effective execution. Quordex is not liable for any delays in performance, delivery, or results caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials, feedback, or funds (such as paid ads budget) on time. If significant delays occur from the client’s side, Quordex reserves the right to adjust timelines, pause services, or revise the monthly strategy accordingly.
